Clothing Drive
Donate business suits, dresses and other attire for future employment and special occasions for aging out foster young adults. On average, foster children could move seven times before the age of 18, usually abruptly leaving their home with very few belongings. Often, they do not have the resources to buy prom dresses or business suits for employment. Please join RISE BOLDLY to donate gently used business suits, dresses and other attire for aging out foster youth.
Problems in Foster Care System
Approximately 24,000 American teenagers in foster care turn 18 years old each year. At this age, they are expected to move out and start their lives on their own. Many still in high school, these teens find themselves in need of jobs, a place to live, and a means of transportation to survive. When foster youth turn 18 years old, the government stops support. Foster young adults are faced with so many decisions and are given up to $1000 to be on their own with nowhere to go.
HELP TEENS AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE
WITHOUT THE LOVE AND SUPPORT OF A FAMILY TO FALL BACK ON, MANY TEENS WHO AGED OUT OF FOSTER CARE FIND THEMSELVES STRUGGLING TO SUCCEED ON THEIR OWN. HOWEVER, THERE ARE MULTIPLE WAYS RISE BOLDY IS HERE TO HELP THESE YOUNG ADULTS. FIND OUT HOW YOU CAN HELP.
Human Trafficking
RISE BOLDLY partners with local domestic violence organization and local and international human trafficking to facilitate transition efforts for rescued survivors and young adults.
Rescue Missions in the US

RISE BOLDLY is always looking for sponsors — from corporate and individual to private and foundations — to underwrite the cost to train, educate, and equipped these foster young adults with skills needed to succeed. *Sponsorships may be tax deductible.
